Daniel Hudson, Intake Coordinator

Daniel spent the first 13 years of his life in the Middle East before moving to the U.S. (his parents’ home country). After earning his B.A. in Geophysics, he worked in high-need schools in Chicago where he witnessed the immense difficulty of navigating U.S. benefits, education, and healthcare systems—even for those who have citizenship and speak the language. As Intake Coordinator with SCN, his role is to connect refugee and immigrant families to the resources and people which will enable them to thrive in a system which was not designed for them.
