We hope this Eid al-Fitr is filled with peace, happiness, and delicious food. To all our supporters, thank you for making this Ramadan and Eid joyful for our Syrian refugee community members.
We’re thrilled to announce that this Eid, 523 children under the age of 18 were sponsored under our #ChicagoDoesEid2018 campaign! Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, each child received a gift for Eid. In addition, your Zakat supported 190 families this Eid!
We’re proud to serve our community’s refugees from Evanston to Hyde Park, from Chicago to Aurora, and every suburban town in between. Our work is made possible by your commitment as members of our wonderful community.
Special thanks to the Mecca Center, the Downtown Islamic Center, the Mosque Foundation, and the Islamic Center of Wheaton, as well as countless of other generous supporters whose donations make our programs possible.
